Sad,hopeless,gloomy,depressing,troubled,unhappy days.
So besides studies and surfing, for refreshment of mind this time i tried to translate one of my fav. song. It`s a pretty damn good song!

Please excuse the exchange of the word 'boat' and 'ship' because ship really works with 'spaceship' and 'boat' really works with 'row. This is a great ending theme song for My Boss My Hero.

Sorafune
Words/Music: Nakashima Miyuki

sono fune wo koideyuke omae no te de koideyuke
omae ga kiete yorokobu mono ni omae no ooru wo makaseru na

sono fune wa ima doko ni fura fura to ukandeiru no ka
sono fune wa ima doko de boro boro de susundeiru no ka
nagasaremai to sakarainagara
fune wa idomi fune wa itami
subete no suifu ga osore wo nashite nigesattemo

sono fune wo koideyuke omae no te de koideyuke
omae ga kiete yorokobu mono ni omae no ooru wo makaseru na

sono fune wa mizukara wo sorafune to wasureteiru no ka
sono fune wa maiagaru sono toki wo wasureteiru no ka
chihei no hate suihei no hate
soko ga fune no ririku chiten
subete no minato ga tomori wo keshite damarikondemo

sono fune wo koideyuke omae no te de koideyuke
omae ga kiete yorokobu mono ni omae no ooru wo makaseru na

nan no shiken no jiken nanda nani no sabaku hakari nanda
nani wo neratte tsukiaunda nani ga fune wo ugokasunda
nan no shiken no jiken nanda nan no sabaku hakari nanda
nani wo neratte tsukiaunda nani ga fune wo ugokasunda

sono fune wo koideyuke omae no te de koideyuke
omae ga kiete yorokobu mono ni omae no ooru wo makaseru na
sono fune wo koideyuke omae no te de koideyuke
omae ga kiete yorokobu mono ni omae no ooru wo makaseru na

Spaceship
Words/Music: Nakashima Miyuki

*Row that boat
Row it with your own hands
Don't entrust your oars
To those who'd delight in your demise

Is that boat somewhere
Floating unsteadily?
Is that boat somewhere
Moving forward battered and broken?
It resists being washed away
(This ship) is defiance
(This ship) is damaged
Even if all the sailors run away with fear

Row that boat
Row it with your own hands
Don't entrust your oars
To those who'd delight in your demise

Did that boat forget
that it, in itself, is a spaceship?
Did that boat forget
that it once soared high?
The end of the earth
The end of the (sea)
That is the ship's take off point
Even if all the harbors are burnt and charred to oblivion

Row that boat
Row it with your own hands
Don't entrust your oars
To those who'd delight in your demise

It's time for what kind of test?
It's a scale to measure what?
For what purpose are you together?
What's moving the boat?
t's time for what kind of test?
It's a scale to measure what?
For what purpose are you together?
What's moving the boat?

*Repeat x2

Wow, Japan is purdy. You REALLY see autumn there. Here, I'd reckon it's still summer. :P

For a second there, I thought that was all urdu and I'm like, "OMG! My urdu's so bad it looks like gibberish now!" :D You know Japanese too? Cool. I tried learning Pushto of all things the four years I was at uni. Didn't really work out for me. :D I can say 'dog', 'donkey' and 'May I leave?' though. :P:P:P

Well! A translation from Japanese...impressive!

Translations are rarely easy, but you seem to have preserved a nice flow...
